Jeannie Edwards was absolutely amazing! I came to try on bridal gowns and she made me feel absolutely beautiful the entire time! She included my six year old niece in the process by being a big helper which was absolutely adorable and so incredibly sweet. She knows what she is doing and made my big decision day a breeze! We already have scheduled another appointment with her specifically to help with bridesmaids! 10/10 she’s amazing and the best hype woman!!

I had a lovely experience, and my second round of shopping here was even better. I even went to a boutique shop and wasn’t happy with service. After reading some bad DB reviews, I was nervous. But then realized, well I’m nice and have a huge understanding of the difficulties surrounding customer service in any type of store. Emily was truly fantastic!!!! She was our primary stylists and was so patient and helpful and made us feel like we were the only people in the store!!!! Leslie was so helpful and sweet and was happy to help if we had questions while Emily was helping one of us. Truly fantastic experience!!!! Cannot recommend enough for bridal or formal dress needs! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!!

If I could give a 10-star rating I would.. Jeannie was absolutely amazing... From the first moment we walked into the store all the staff members were super nice and accommodating... Jeannie is so knowledgeable about wedding dresses and has a keen eyesight on what the brides are looking for....she not only helped pick out for my daughter the perfect dress, she also went above and beyond to ensure our entire visit was special...
