I had the best experience with Carolina. She listened to my concerns about the dress I had previously picked out in Manhattan,NY. She navigated me through the store to see other styles. When I thought I found a replacement she listened to what I liked about it. I tried on my dress from NY and she added the simplest detail to help me fall in love with it. I have to give it to Ayana. She was so sweet. She was really listening to me when I described my dream dress. She was more than happy to help me step out of my comfort zone. Mostly I love how honest she was with me. She helped me find the perfect dress (which is funny because it was the first dress I tried on). I said yes to my dress and I’m so happy I chose Ayana to help me find it !
