I will never go here again. They had told me I could get my wedding dress steamed and then when I brought it in 4 days before my wedding they told me they couldn't steam it because I did not purchase it there. But when I called to schedule I had specifically asked if they steamed dresses that hadn't been purchased there and they said yes! My bridesmaid all got their dresses there and my mother in law also purchased shoe and jewelry and every time we were there the staff was completely unacceptable. Poorly trained employees. Tried to sell us what they called a NEW wedding dress that was clearly not new. Then said we could no longer get it because it was discontinued. They said the NEW one was from another store so basically they lied. Then one of our brides maids is pregnant so we opted to wait to get her dress till she has the baby. They said this would be ok however the store called today and said this could not be done. It's a little bit of a chaotic mess in there on the weekends. But we found a dress at a good price so mission accomplished 💃🏻

Not knowing what I had wanted for sure wedding dress wise, we went in and they helped us right away. I told them what I was looking for and they said they had an open appointment time and would put us into that spot. So after meeting with the consultant Alison (not sure how she spells it) she pulled a few dresses for me to try on and put me into a dressing room. The service was terrible!! They made me feel very uncomfortable to be there, and to top it all off the dress I purchased was sold to me in full price even after they had altered the zipper before I had payed the dress, which broke on my prom night! Very disappointed.
They were terrible. Got orders wrong, we felt like we were rushed out the door, and we asked them 3 times to correct the wedding date.
