From entering the store and meeting Channel the manager and Carol at the front desk it was a welcoming first interaction. Loli was extremely attentive and understood the style and look I was going for from just a few photos on Pinterest, she had a hunch about a dress that I hadn’t seen yet in the shop and that ended up becoming my wedding dress!
