Our initial shopping experience was very nice. However, we were mislead on ordering the correct size and availability. When trying to work this out, the manager, Kim was VERY RUDE! I am a firm believer that no matter what you need to say to someone, it can be said in a polite, professional manner. Had she been more understanding and just plain ol' nice when she was talking with me, I may have kept the dress we bought and paid for the alterations. As a mother, I wanted this day to be perfect, choosing our only daughters wedding dress. Our dream quickly turned into a nightmare. The bridal consultant, I wish I had her name, who was taking care of us, was so kind and helpful, doing her best to bring the dresses and accessories, making my daughter so beautiful. The staff were very friendly. They made looking at dresses fun and exciting. Although, I did not find my dress it was overall an enjoyable experience.
