My daughter ordered her brides maids dresses and I ordered a mother of the bride dress at the Phoenix/Chandler store. I ordered/paid for a dress to try on the style as wasn’t available in the store. There is no choice but to pay for a dress if you want to try it on in your size if it’s not a available. When it arrived at the store almost 60 days later, it and was not what I wanted. The Avondale location was staffed with the most beautiful and personable people ♡ Chardonnay, the manager, was such a pleasant and gorgeous woman! She was the first face we saw coming in and was ready to greet us with open arms! Julie, my consultant, has to be the most amazing woman i met that day! We visited 2 David's today and this one was 20% of what the other was! Less willing from the first person to the last to go out of their way to help. Less product avail. Less accessories. Less of a lot of things... So we went back to the 1st DB's to purchase the dress from the woman that was most helpful and properly trained. Go See Julie or Chardonnay at the West McDowell Rd, Avondale location! I do recommend, but it won't let me edit the wrong button being pressed. :(

just now I purchased my dress last September and loved it. My appointment went great, I adored Dylan who helped me find exactly what I was looking for and my dress was delivered far before the expected date! Unfortunately, I had a horrible second appointment. I felt rushed and pressured to buy my dress. They rattled off the "rules" of the purchase very quickly and convinced me to buy the alterations up front and had me sign when I didn't even get a chance to read it all. I decided to buy another dress elsewhere after several months of still regretting the purchase and David's Bridal refused to refund me for at least the alterations that never got done (I didn't even ask for a refund on the dress, just the alterations that never got done). I would recommend because my sales lady was very helpful but they left the theft tag in my dress and I didn't need any adjustments to my dress so the next time I took it out was my wedding day. so I had a large theft ID tag sticking out of my dress. There was no way to take it out. I did take it back today to get it taken out so I could get dry cleaned and they acted like it was a normal thing.
