The staff is rude, we were looking for dresses and the clerk cleared the rack we were looking through. You can't just walk in and look at dresses to buy last minute without an appointment. I'm sure they've lost a lot of business.
Horrible place to shop! I am very disappointed in the way they handle clients. I went into this store to purchase a wedding dress and went in this store to purchase a maid of honor dress and the customer service and selection were very awful.I first called them to see if they can assist me and gotten hung up on, and didn't get a call back. When I got my wedding dress there. And altered there, the did the alterations backwards. And it was 3 weeks before my wedding. They wanted to over night a floor model from another location, but still keep my money of a full price dress.

They did not have nearly close to what we where looking for. There selection was very small and basic. The staff was nice. That was all. But the dress I was looking for they told me to come back after Homecoming. I was looking for a dress with a corset backing. I can't wait that long.
They carry nothing in petite sizes for the customers to try on
Walked in told them exactly what I was looking for and they found it!
