Earline Molock was great!! Very kind and respectful, but most importantly she always had the best interest of her customer. She gave advice and also picked out dresses that we didn't think we would like. I enjoyed this experience I will come again😊

The woman who helped me pick out my wedding dress was very nice and patient. However, my friends, family and I were a bit upset that I wasn't offered "the bell". As we were there for about 2.5 hours, we heard several other people ring it. I did actually buy a dress and I walked in there without a price range, so it is a bit upsetting. Everything was fine, besides the long line with one teller.

My assistant was nice but I don't feel like she was attentive enough. She didn't go the extra mile as to say well let me measure you, or I have some other choices outside of your selections that may look nice on you as well. Also I purchased a dress, sash and shoes. They charged me for the shoes but didn't even order the dress but put the pick up date on my slip. Really busy place with what seemed like a million dresses. The dresses are well priced and theres a dress in every style for everyone's price point. The only thing I disliked was that it wasn't a very personalized experience. I guess if I went during a different time of day it would be different. But since I went in the evening around the time people get off it was insanely busy.

We were told to look around until someone was ready to help us. Sarah started off very pleasant. She put my bridesmaid in a room, and then from there our experience changed. We weren't helped anymore after that. I helped my bridesmaid with different sizes, etc. When we got to the counter to pay we were asked who helped us and Sarah happened to pop up and say how did those work out for you?!
