I recently had an alterations appointment. Everything went great. All of my questions were answered and any concerns I had were heard. Overall I had a wonderful experience.
There wasn't the selection I had hoped for but Danielle was very helpful and attentive. She made the experience very positive.
I really enjoyed the selection of colors and dresses available for bridal parties. I felt that our consultant wasn't very personable or friendly. She didn't try to go out of her way to provide a fun, exciting search for bridesmaids dresses. I bought my wedding dress at a boutique and had a very memorable time. David's Bridal offers great dresses, but I wasn't impressed with the staff.
The staff was very accommodating and helpful. We were able to find exactly what we wanted.
My experience was honestly better than I expected. The associate, Carrie (I believe that was her name, I'm having a blank moment), who helped me was absolutely awesome. She did an amazing job picking out dresses for me. She was very helpful & patient. She took her time trying to make sure the dresses looked perfect, finding veils & accessories to match. Natalie was patient and kind and did whatever was necessary to help me find my dress! I would totally go back again and recommend it to all of my friends!
