They are very sweet and kind. They go out of there way to make you feel special and beautiful. They do there best to help you find that dress for your specual day.
Emily was the BOMB. She was absolutely stellar at making sure our bride got everything she wanted. She answered all our high-maintenance questions and was basically a goddess of customer service. We got 1/2 the wedding party AND the bride figured out in less than two hours. She deserves a raise, promotion, and a gleaming gold medal. Listen up, corporate.

The woman in the alterations department (I think her name was Mal or Mel) was enormously helpful! My initial alterations weren't quite right, so she fixed it for me right away. I also expressed frustration that my undergarments weren't fitting right, and she added darts on them for me right then and there. She went above and beyond to make me feel happy with my dress, and I'm so grateful!
Kelly was awesome and super helpful, staff is also amazing!!!! Definitely made our day super special!
Taylor helped us out a lot when we were in a pinch! We were in and out in less than an hour and I fell in love completely with the dress! I couldn't be more thankful for the ladies who helped us tonight!
