We went to David’s Bridal last month and the service was horrible. My daughter had made an appointment for her wedding party to come and pick out dresses. The girl who waited on us was very rude. She would not let us touch the dresses to look at them. We were just at her mercy with what she wanted us to have. After an hour was up she told us that our time was up and we would need to hurry up and make a selection, and this was just after two of them had picked out dresses. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I have never in my LIFE experienced more unprofessional service. Will NEVER do business with them ever again. I don't like giving bad reviews but for goodness sake!! I come in 4 MONTHS IN advance tell me that's plenty of time to order a dress upon arrival. I find a dress I like then I'm told it won't be in until 5 days before the wedding. What a pleasant experience yesterday we all had with my daughters appointment searching for the perfect wedding dress for her! Everyone was very nice and professional! But there is one young lady who stood out the most and that was your sales associate TAYLOR! Thank you! My daughter and I could have not had a better one to work with! Thank you Taylor!
Felt like I couldn't shop in peace today with my daughter and friends for her 8th grade dance. Jewelry was taken out of my hands so fast that I was buying I couldn't even match shoes because she took it to the counter so fast I was completely aggravated. I will order online before we go back into Bowling Green store again.
