I had a negative experience here. I ordered a dress in December. It came in this week but was the wrong style. The only options I was given to fix this was ordering the correct dress in the wrong size (which would arrive the same week as the wedding), or getting the floor dress from another location but they couldn't "guarantee the condition of the dress."
