I found the dress of my dreams! My stylist Bobby was the most helpful understanding person. I wasn’t pressured to buy a dress outside of my budget and was asked all the right questions to figure out what worked/looked best on me. Bobby offered me everything I needed to save money and was very patient even went beyond the 1 hr appointment slot. came for my bridesmaids dresses.. it was the best experience ever. the lady who helped us her name was Apple. she was very engaging and made me feel so excited to have my bridesmaids try on there dresses. she paid very close attention to the colors I wanted. I would give her 10 stars if I could.This was by far the best customer service I have experienced.
Love love loved my experience so far! i think it definitely makes a difference making appointments during the weekday in the evenings...both times I came to try on dresses, I was the only bride to be there and I was able to have all my bridesmaids, kids, mom, future sister-in laws there! I highly recommend coming in during the workweek around 6:00pm....worth the personal attention! ❤️
I had a great experience at this store. The ladies upfront greeted us with a smile as soon as we walked in the door. They allowed time enough for us to walk around and select some of the bridal gowns to try on. My sales lady Samantha was wonderful! She was very helpful and attentive the entire time. She made certain selections based on my ideas and suggested a few others I would have never thought of trying on. Even hugged and cried with me when I found The One! Sam and the entire team stepped up to help us after Alfred Angelo closed their doors without notice, leaving thousands in Southern California brides and their attendants without gowns; many of them paid for in full.
