Jules was absolutely amazing! She had me in and out so quickly and helped me find the perfect bridesmaid dress. If I’m ever in a wedding I’m going straight to David’s Bridal Brea to see Jules!
Today was a wonderful experience. I came in looking for a bridesmaid dress and was greeted immediately. Jenna was assigned to me. She immediately assisted me with my request and she was able to find the perfect dress for me. Jenna’s professionalism and attention to detail put me at ease . I left with a dress that complimented my figure , making me feel pretty. Jenna is awesome. Thank you Jenna!!!
Rebecca & Vahidh were so helpful and sweet. They listened to what I wanted and nailed the alterations. Pricing was very fair too. They work so hard & im so great full for an easy experience.
They had a great selection. That is why they get three stars. My bridesmaids found gorgeous dresses at a reasonable price. However, we had a poor customer service experience at the Brea location. I made an appt a month in advance yet no one helped us. I as the bride had to run around and go get dresses in different sizes and could not find anyone to help me clip the girls into the dresses etc. I don't mind because I love them but I was sad we got no attention paid to us at all. It was good, but I expected more of a personal experience. I expected more recommendations for what dress would suit my body type and I thought they would measure me to find the right size, but the lady just guessed sizes until something fit right. I didn't feel like I was being helped very much because the experience was the same as if I had walked into any dress shop without an appointment.
