Went to David's Bridal ( Tonawanda Location)with my niece, mom and sister yesterday to pick out my nieces wedding dress. Maryann and Alexa were so attentive and cheerful, loved how helpful and upbeat they were,they Definetly made it a wonderful experience to remember. I happy to say with their help that my niece found her dress and rang the bell.
Worked with Frankie tonight for a Bridal appointment and it was a wonderful experience. She was kind, knowledgeable and supportive. She helped me pick out 5 different dresses to try on and helped me get into them and even let me try on some dresses more than once. She didn't pressure me into making a purchase today (which I really appreciated). It was an all around great experience and even thought I didn't purchase today I will probably be back with some family and friends to make a purchase!
I had an amazing experience here! Torry was amazing and knew exactly what I wanted and she met my wants and needs to a T! Great and friendly staff and I found my dream dress! Love David’s bridal and would recommend it to any bride who needs to get their dream dress
