My consultants name was Frankie and she was just the sweetest. She made me feel really comfortable and was very accommodating. I can be very picky and honestly sometimes annoying but she was patient and helpful. My only complaint was that I had called earlier to ask about a certain dress in stock and I was told it was but when I arrived we couldn’t find it. Of course, that has nothing to do with Frankie! Did not have appt and was taken ASAP with a very busy store. Had rep Sam in the Blvd that was honest, professional and courteous. Would recommend them highly.
It was okay. I got my dress fast the lady who assisted me was pretty helpful at trying to make me try different dresses. I bought it and one staff noticed there was makeup all over inside from someone who previously tried it on, the lady who helped me told them to get s new one for me and also steam it because it was wrinkled. Upon looking at my dress after we got home they still gave me the one with the stains. Went back and they gave me a new one and didn’t steam it. Luckily we noticed before the big day !
Mindy was amazing! She made me feel so comfortable and I had such a great time trying on the dress. She helped me find all the right accessories for the dress and it all came together perfectly! I would recommend her to everyone!
I had an amazing experience with Mindy. She helped me pick out a bunch of dresses and helped me narrow down to my favorites. She went above and beyond to make sure I had enough time with each dress and gave me background of each dress. The dress I picked was not even in my dressing room at first. Mindy found it and thought it would be a great choice for my beach wedding. I put it on and I was in love. She even helped my choose a veil and did my hair with a headpiece to give more of a look.
