An all round great experience! Renee helped me pick out the perfect dress! Jo, Talli, and Sarah helped immensely with alterations and suggestions on how to make my dress the best. They were so friendly and helpful, I couldn’t have ask for a better group!
Our bridesmaid had a dress go missing in the mail right before we left town for our wedding. Cecilia helped us immediately find a dress off the rack, called a bunch of stores to make sure we had the right style, and worked with us patiently and promptly through a stressful couple of hours. The customer service from this place is fabulous especially the alterations. My original dress got ruined and I needed to find a replacement bridesmaid dress ASAP with alterations. Diana was able to help do my alterations within a few days. You do not know how grateful, I was that she was so friendly, nice, and understanding.
