I was first welcomed by Stephanie who kindly took my measurements and was very professional and nice. Later, Mara then took my alterations and was very kind and patient with me. She answered all my questions and she waited for me to decide on certain things and I tend to be very indecisive! She was absolutely wonderful. Also Diana was there to offer further assistance and great humor! Thank you to all of them and I would recommend anyone to come here to get alterations!
Great variety of options for all styles and body types, wonderful customer service, hassel-free shopping, at a very reasonable price. Sara Ann helped me pick out my dress, she really listened to me and only picked out dresses that made me feel beautiful. We were able to find one that I loved in under an hour. My experience here has been perfect in finding my wedding dress. Laetitia & Debbie were both so sweet and professional in helping me & my mom out. I knew I found the dress when I wouldn’t take it off to try on the other options! Mara was awesome at altering my dress, she’s so sweet & calm and was very clear on the process & pricing. The alterations department is amazing here. Jo and Sarah, both of whom fitted the dress to me, were kind, patient, and did great work. I’m very happy with my dress.
