I called yestersay to confirm this appointment was for 2 young girls looking for Grade 8 grad dresses. When got to our appointment today I was told all the party dresses were sent back as per te head office. This should have been told to me yesterday when I called to confirm my appointment it would have saved me a 40 min drive to be in your store for 5 mins.

My initial experience was great, I went for my appointment and then went back for a fitting. It was after I had paid for my dress and I went back to your store for alterations, to look for my accessories and a third trip to pick up my dress that I had nothing but poor customer service. When I was paying for my alternations and buying some merchandise, the steamstress was great - she was having some difficulty ringing my purchases in. Everyone is super helpful. I was apprehensive as I was starting to lose weight but am a plus size bride. She totally put me at ease and even though I tried Ina few dressed I chose the first one I tried on. It was PERFECT. I bought the dress but realized I wanted a smaller size a week later. It was no fuss - I went back and tried a few sizes and picked a new one. She was wonderful helping with accessories. I just went back to get it sized properly and she was wonderful, efficient, and friendly. Would highly recommend.
