It was a little strange to just be left to wander the store for a half hour with no direction since we didn't know anything about what we were looking for. But after that it was phenomenal, I got a new associate and she was really sweet and helpful. Anything she didn't know she immediately found us an answer and was extremely friendly and gave good suggestions. I loved the experience and the lady that helped me was awesome! I ended up coming back later that day and buying the dress of my dreams! The dresses are decently priced and there was tons of selection no matter your price range. I would have given a 5 star rating but my appointment got screwed up because I had booked it online. (So maybe calling is a better option as online isn't always reliable). Besides that though, I still got my appointment as the ladies worked around that minor issue and everything turned out great! My daughter and I had a great experience. We visited the store to purchase a dress for my daughter's baptism but when we arrived we were informed appointments were necessary, however, the young ladies at the front who greeted us were simply amazing to accommodate us. Our event was in 9 days and we were in need of a dress. I was having doubts about the dress I ordered, so the manager (Dannie) spent almost 2 hours with me, never once pressured me, and helped me realize that my dress was in fact, MY dress! She was so patient and comforting, and made me feel 100% at ease.

Our bridal consultant was an absolute sweetheart. She was easy going and comfortable to be around. Made our experience pain-free. Took 2 of my bridesmaids to davids bridal on Saturday and had the pleasure of meeting her- Melissa. Then took my maid of honor Sunday and asked specifically to have her again as she was that good. She was honest, laughed at our ridiculous jokes and made the process so easy. Thanks to her I don't have to stress about their dresses. If only all the girls there could be that great!

The only way my experience could've gotten better is if the consultant wasn't double booked. But luckily we were trying similar dresses and it made it easier. She was very good as what she did and listened to all my requests. The first dress she gave me was "the one" and I think that's pretty impressive
