Last night my sister-in-law to be was treated with such bad manners...It was sickening. I’m not the type of person to complain or get upset, but when my family is being mistreated I can’t just stay quiet. I got all 7 of my bridesmaids dresses, 3 flower girls dresses as well as my own dress here. All of my maids dresses were ordered 6-8 months prior to my wedding. One of my maids lives out of state and ordered her dress from her local store there. Months later she look at her receipt to find her dress should have arrived. When she called she was told that had NO sign of a dress for her at the store or that one was even ordered in the system. Mind you she paid for it in full and had her receipt. I did have an amazing experience being there, I had Jessica and she was amazing! Was very helpful with anything I needed! On the other had the managers are very rude,and snooty and don’t help you to the best they can! Had it not been for Jessica I would have walked out and not returned. After already having a bad experience before this one..

2 of my 5 bridesmaids went to Davids Bridal with me today to look for their dresses and we would have been better off going to a department store. My "stylist", Alax, was as helpful as a cardboard box. When she was around, she spent the majority of the time sitting in a chair watching my mom and I zip and button all of the dresses my bridesmaids tried on. I worked with David's Bridal in Canton, Ohio along with College Station, TX - and overall am not impressed. 3 stars for overall from me. :| Only slightly above average dress designs, overpriced, and didn't get any help picking out shoes and accessories, or bridesmaids gowns. Alterations lady was great however!

I found a gorgeous wedding dress I love, however, I was told by the person helping me that the alterations were included in the price I paid on my David's credit card and that the estimate was 120$. I then went to my alterations appointment and it ended up being $450. I am NOT happy. I was lied to. Paying as much for the alterations as my dress pretty much makes me feel disappointed about the while marriage process.
The entire company is a disgrace to customer service. This store, and multiple of their corporate call center colleagues, define rude and unprofessional!! It is a nightmare for brides! The first time I went in, I didn't have an appointment, so I understood she had to work with other customers. However, she pressured me so hard to spend more money than I told her I budgeted, and got upset and rude when I tried to tell her no, that I almost didn't go back for the appointment I made a week later to bring my loved ones along... ... read more
