The availability of dresses to try on was awful, no one cared to listen to what I was looking for, and when I received the dress I bought (only because I didn't have time to look elsewhere) it came in a clear plastic bag. I can't even keep it in my home because my fiancé can see it. You'd think hundreds of dollars spent would at least deserve a proper bag, but another option wasn't even offered.

Not getting told the brides maids dresses were even ready to be picked up and being threatened that they will be sent back if not picked up!!!! They were paid in full!!!

While in another David's Bridal looking for a dress we were told that it was only available in Ohio stores and it would be impossible to get in time for my daughters dance on 12/17. I was able to find out the Canton,OH store had the dress. I called and spoke with an associate named George who not only found the dress my daughter had wanted, but he was making sure it went out today! I was a bridesmaid in a wedding. This shop sold me THE WRONG SHOES. There were 5 bridesmaids in this wedding. The other 4 had matching shoes. MINE WERE WRONG AND FUGLY. I was shunted to the back of all group photos because of my odd shoes. When I took them back to complain and get my money back THEY REFUSED and accused me of needing to know what shoe it was despite LIVING OUT OF STATE. Jerks. Buy NOTHING from these scam artists. This place has done nothing but lie to us and rape us for money since we walked thru the door. I would never recommend this place to anyone. They tell you one thing and do something totally different. Then when you call them out they tell you that you can put in a complaint, but that they won't work with you to rectify the issue. Charged more than the dress was worth for alterations and nickle and dime you to death after. What a rip off!!!!
