RecommendedMy experience yesterday was amazing mind you I was 30 mins late for my appointment but my stylist “Andrea” I believe that was her name was wonderful. I found my dream dress. She listened to me and made the experience better than I could have imagined. I can’t wait to return next month for alterations. I will highly suggest David’s bridal and my stylist to anyone else!
the customer service was great from time i walked in the door up until i left both times! Tuesday was amazing and was on the ball about the look i was going for and had suggestions of dresses for me before i had gotten to them on the rack and chose the ones she was going to show me! she knew the perfect accessories before i even said yes to trying on the veil and a belt.
I would just like to take a moment to compliment the staff and the excellent customer service at our Charleston, WV store! Thank you so much for not only being easy to work with, but for going above and beyond my expectations!

Fantastic service.Great options suggested.Very Helpful. Tuesday knew how to keep my Best interest in mind and stay within my budget,but yet get the look I'wanted. No eye rolling,no judgment,and not pushy. First time trying on and she made it Pleasant,not rushed.

I went Saturday after making an appointment. I had a picture of a dress I really fell in love with online and they had it in the store and the sash to go with it. They actually had my size already there as well so I just went on ahead and purchased it and took it with me. I tried on some others as well, but ended up getting the one I saw online.
