I bought my dress back in June and unfortunately my October wedding was rescheduled to April due to the pandemic... I’ve lost a ton of weight and have been stressing about what in the world I was going to about my dress since I bought it in a 12 and now I’m a 4, I knew it couldn’t be taken in that much and typically they don’t do exchanges but the manager is an angel and took care of it for me. my helper Olivia was so kind and cared about how I felt with every step of the way and was very accommodating with me being pregnant and getting married in a short amount of time. she wanted to make sure I found exactly what I wanted even if it was different from the rest of my parties choices.
I made an appointment a few weeks in advance and when I walked in someone immediately came over to help me. They got me checked in, told me I could go on and look around and someone would be right with me. A few minutes later Alisha Justice came over and told me she would be assisting me that day.
