My consultant was great! My sister in law and I had a wonderful time looking and trying on dresses! And I said yes to my dress by ringing the bell!
Lisa was a great consultant to work with. My daughter told her what styles she liked and didn’t like and Lisa brought her some beautiful gowns. She also had great ideas for accessorizing.
I made my appointment and was placed with Paulette. Let me tell you this was the most fantastic experience anyone could imagine. She was the best listener. If I said I want this, but not this two minutes later she was bringing it back. I never felt rushed and she was so honest and supportive. Mycal, from the Northlake NC store, was so helpful and super sweet! He made me feel relaxed and made me feel like I was the only bride there trying on dresses. He was well informed about all of the dresses I tried on and made me feel like a real bride when veils or accessories were added. He even helped when my bridesmaids asked about dresses for themselves. He made my first wedding dress shopping trip a very positive one! Thank you!
