I was nervous going to David's Bridal to look for my wedding dress. I have friends who had bad experiences (at other locations). My person for the day was Paulette and she was wonderful!!!! She eased all fears!!! She was very friendly. What I loved the most was the fact that she listened and heard my concerns!!! She also gave advice and shared a couple of tips with me!!! So I am doing a 30 day wedding. Yes, 30 days is the number, lol. So I knew immediately I needed to get the wedding dress. That way if I needed any alterations done, I would have enough time to get it complete. I had an appointment right at 9 that morning, when they opened up. Absolutely Loooved my experience at David's Bridal. Everyone was so nice and friendly and soooo helpful. Today was a magical and happy day for me at David's Bridal finding my Dream wedding dress! My hostess also helped me find the perfect jewelry, corset and slip. I couldn't be happier and definitely recommend David's Bridal of Charlotte.
Corine, the Operation Manager, at Northlake location in Charlotte, NC was very from the time I walked. I 30 minutes early for my appointment and took care of me right away and mind you, this was on a Saturday mid-afternoon. I recommend this location to everyone.
After a horrible experience at the location in Greensboro several weeks ago, I was somewhat hesitant to walk in this place yesterday. But we had such an awesome time shopping for one of my bridesmaids and flower girls. Corine, Lisa and the young lady who greeted us at the door were so gracious to us from start to finish. I went in to pay for all 9 of my bridesmaids dresses and wanted to confirm their sizes. I received assistance from Keyanne' and she was every bit of AWESOME!!!! She was very patient with me because I provided her with different forms of transactions. She also showed her willingness to help! I highly recommend if u need any professional assistance Keyanne' is the girl to go to! Thank you once again for being patient and understanding!!
Went in to assist a friend with finding her wedding dress. She had an appointment and was assigned to Brittany. She was very patient, knowledgeable, accomodating, and friendly. We rang the bell that day and secured a beautiful gown and veil :)
