I have never been so frustrated and upset with a company and would NEVER recommend Davids Bridal to anyone. First and for most, 3 of my bridesmaids whose dresses have came back so far the sizes have been COMPLETELY wrong. What is the purpose of making an appointment to have someone measured and fitted to just order the dresses completely wrong and to big? April was amazing on my first bridal appointment! She found "the one" and was super sweet and treated us all so nicely!
Awesome customer service I enjoyed my time and everything look perfect with just the pins in from alteration
We went in for me future daughter in laws dress fitting. The lady in alterations is wonderful. I asked so many questions and she answered without getting annoyed. We went back in an hour later asking if I could try on a dress I saw as my mother of the groom dress. It was busy but the manager put me in a room so I could try it. Great experience!
