Alterations for my wedding gown were a bit complicated due to its beautiful design. However, Baiyi was excited for the challenge, and my first fitting with her was excellent. She listened to my concerns and went above and beyond to make sure I felt good about all the pins she placed expertly on the gown. She also fixed a few extra things that I didn't even notice. I'm so relieved that she is working on my dress. I can't wait to pick it up!
Sonia was our favorite employee at this store. The others had horrible customer service. We went on 3/19/2017. We were very close to just leaving, until Sonia came to help us. She was really patient with us, helped us pick out dresses and accessories for the bride. The only reason I gave it 5 stars is for Sonia, not for the whole store.
I had a great experience at davids bridal. Sandra was my consultant and she was very professional. The store was very busy but she still took the time to pull dresses she thought I would like during my appointment. I tried on multiple dresses and when I found the one I wanted she went out of her way to find different veils and other accessories to go with the dress to pull the look together. It was great and I will be going back for my bridesmaids dresses.
Wonderful service. Keya was my consultant. She was absolutely amazing! She helped me find the dress of my dreams!

Crystal in alterations was amazing then when I checked out to get my veil I think the manager's name was Debora or Debbie amazing again but Crystal in alterations make my day special
Went on Saturday (2/25/17) with my friend who is getting married in June. Had been looking all over Charlotte for that perfect dress and finally decided to check with this store. They were completely booked but told us we could still look around and if we found something we liked, then we could make an appointment to come back and try it on.
