I came in on Saturday September 10,2016 to find a Bridal Gown. My Bridal Consultant was Teresa Franks and she was fantastic! She took the time with not only helping me to find the wedding dress of my dreams, but she also helped my sister to pick the perfect bridesmaid dress as well. Right away I showed her the ones I had liked from the internet and she knew exactly what I was looking for. Our day at David's Bridal Charlotte was a very successful day and with her help, I found the wedding dress of my dreams!
This is a great store to go to if you are looking for great customer service they don't treat you like some stores will treat you they are here to give genuine ,courteous, professional help to a new bride and who ever needs their help, I was a little anxious and a bit worried about every detail of my wedding so I have made several trips to this store and the service and politeness of Mrs. Owens and other store associates was phenomenal I have enjoyed shopping here and thank each one that has helped me with everything from sl... read more
My daughter and I went to David's Bridal, Northlake, get her wedding dress altered. Although, NKeng, our seamstress was very busy, since she was short staffed, she was very kind and did an excellent job. Her calm disposition and likable personality made the appointment very pleasent. Thanks for all your hard work, NKeng!!

Mindy made a bride smile again with her gentle and loving touch. As a close friend of the bride, I was worried about her happiness dwindling because of an unfortunate mishap. I came to the Northlake store because it was close to my home and got a great experience! I came multiple times and had different consultants. Each was different but one went above and beyond to help me find my dress! With the help of Mindy I was able to find the perfect dress and I could not be happier!
