She helped me navigate an exchange within 1hr of the original purchase. We had an ice blue challenge to complete. I paid close attention to how they not only helped me but assisted others. Motivated ladies weilding ipads with smiles. Grace and calm thank you all for your assistance.
We had a Bridal appt and Bridesmaid appt after on Saturday . Paulette was our stylist. She listened to our needs/wants and was upbeat. By the bridesmaid appt she was also helping another family beside us which we were told when I called and made the appt and we were fine with it. It didn't effect our time at all. They had more choices and a good range of prices too. Give it a Chance. My friend Said Yes and we all found 4 bridesmaids dresses too.
I read several reviews prior to coming to DB earlier this week, and I'm glad I chose to come I'm despite the nay-sayers, because Jen was absolutely wonderful. Thanks so much for making it so effortless!
They were very attentive to my daughter needs and desires, and they took the time to get to know her and what she wanted, plus they have everything there you need and the prices were decent
