Ariel was amazing!! She really listened well and was extremely helpful! We were blessed to go at a quiet time for the appointment. Ariel was really attentive and cared about me finding a good choice that made me feel beautiful. Even the manager picked a dress that she thought would be nice and it was! Definitely a refreshing experience and I'm thankful!
Everything from the selection consultation to the alteration consultation has been very customer service driven. Very happy with our selection. Marcia was excellent with our alterations and customer service upon pick up. Quality service.
Had the best experience with Latris and all the other amazing women here. I tried maybe 15 dresses and the one I ended up getting was picked by a stylist. We got the right size and color, online that will be here in less than a week. These ladies know what they’re doing. If you’re in a bridal party, prom or a guest, come here.
Jackie and Maggie were excellent!! They were kind and patient, funny and sweet. They helped me find products and promotions and got my reward programs set up, wedding dress fitting appt set and helped me purchase my first pair of wedding shoes!!!! I had to go back for my initial Bridal fitting and Alesia and Jasmine & Ms. Marcia were awesome! Can’t wait to see this whole process through. Love this location!
Great experience here with my daughter shopping for her wedding dress. Her stylist was a young woman named Savannah. She was wonderful to work with. Very attentive to my daughter and what she was looking for. I thought the entire process was very pleasant. I highly recommend this location if you are shopping for your wedding dress. Ask for Savannah. She was great to work with
