My consultant Jeassamine was awesome! Every dress she pulled I loved, she really listened to what I was looking for and brought me dresses with a little bit of everything. She was so thoughtful and insightful to make this a wonderful experience I was able to share with my mother and future mother in law. I could not have asked for a better consultant.

I had a great experience with Ella finding my wedding dress. I came in just to try on styles, and I asked her to pick one out that had pick ups on the skirt.. it was the one for me! I actually ended up buying it the following week. However, while doing my bridesmaids shopping, it wasn't so great. I was visiting my family in Florida at the Tampa store, and not only was it busy, our consultant kept saying stuff like: All the girls should have the same material, it'll match better. I used the Pineville North Carolina location. My experience was that at least 25% of the staff is rude or at least not very friendly. We were early and looking around while waiting on the last of my party to arrive. My attendant immediately began asking me to choose dresses or if I had anything in mind. I told her that I had a few in mind but we were early and I wanted to wait for my mother to arrive. A few minutes later she was pushing me again on dress choices. David's Bridal had a nice selection of dresses but were very busy and not much individual attention. You really need to have someone with you to pull dresses for you .They didnt have much assistance in accessories or even a good selection of accesories. The alterations do take a long time and ordering the dress takes a long time so you need to go months in advance.

I got marrieb on June 18th, 2011 and I had a great consultant. She did everything she could to find me the perfect dress and she did. My dress was absolutly perfect. We are still in touch now. The rest of the staff (desk attendents and the people who took care of the front end of the store) was kind of rude and snobby.

My first time I went to David's Bridal, I had a wonderful experience. At the time I was looking for a wedding dress and I found a few that I liked, but I wasn't set on buying one. The second time I visited David's Bridal, I went with two of my Bridesmaids who are my sister's. Our main goal this time was to find bridesmaid dresses for all my bridesmaids.
