The first time I went there I was pretty much ignored. The second time, though, I actually "checked in" and was helped by a nice girl named Ellen. I was able to find the perfect dress for my son's wedding. When I scheduled my fitting, however, the person scheduled me for a day they don't do fittings (they would've done it, anyway, the seamstress assured me!).
