Abigail was amazing. I am the mother of the bride and when we went in she made me feel very special. I told her what I didn’t want and we went from there. I found the perfect dress and she helped me find matching jewelry. She was attentive and listened to my wants and concerns and didn’t pressure me to buy something I didn’t want. She was very patient. It was a great experience.
I went to David's Bridal on June 30th. I live in Reno, NV and the store is huge and extremely easy to find on the street. Olivia helped me and she was absolutely the best! I went by myself and had a blast. Olivia was super supportive, friendly, nice, and all in all a wonderful stylist. I was lucky to find my dress by the time I tried my third dress. So this David’s Bridal is great, but my review is mostly for the alterations department. I wanna give them a HUGE shout out because two days before my wedding day....I tried on my dress and had a melt down thinking it was too tight and I couldn’t breath. (I just picked up my dress from them like two days before that and it was fine) when I called them they were SO understanding and were like bring it in and we will absolutely do what we need to in order to fix it don’t worry. I came in to the store after having a bad experience at a different bridal store. I did not have an appointment & got paired with Sydney! She was very patient & listened to my likes & dislikes. I left with a dress but not feeling complete. I came back today, a week later, & tried on the dress. We decided I needed to try on a few more! Again being patient & now dealing with a few of my bridesmaids, we found a totally different dress that I said YES to!!!!!!!
