I was sooo nervous to shop for my wedding dress. It’s the only thing that I had anxiety about when it came to wedding planning because I hardly wear dresses and as a Hair Stylist I never wear white! I went into this lovely store today and got this precious girl named Nicole. I was really nervous and shakey. I could not have asked for a better person to help me with decisions or helping me. This lady was so precious to me and my family. My niece loved helping me with different things and she didn’t get upset she let her help me and also helped her as well. I bought my wedding dress here about a month ago, and just a few days later the price of my dress decreased on the website by $200. I contacted Jen, the store manager, and she gave me a refund for the price difference. I am thankful for their excellent customer service. Everyone that my bridesmaids and I have worked with has been very friendly and helpful, and getting that refund was the icing on the cake!
I have had exceptional servIce at this location. Everytime I walk in this store I am welcomed and I feel as if they all know me. Jodi the manager was concerned about me from day one and wanted to make sure that I was pleased with every purchase.
