I booked my appointment online from Brazil and hoped for the best and that was what I got! When we got to the shop at Coral Gables, Miami - I went with my mum, dad, sister, brother and sis-in-law - the house staff welcomed us very nicely and let me try as many dresses as I saw fit. Even let me try on one that had already been sold, and it happened to be my dream dress! My consultant Alma was very thoughtful, happy, enthusiastic and knew exactly what was the right style for me! I was so impressed with the exceptional customer service from Aubrey at David’s Bridal in Flint, Mi. It’s been 5 years since my wedding and I still had not cleaned and preserved my wedding dress. She helped me pack it away in the David’s Bridal preservation kit and treated me like my wedding was yesterday. I would recommend this store for any of your wedding needs, before or after your actual wedding date.
This store in Syracuse had ThE MOST helpful staff. They bent over backwards to fit my extra large body into a lovey gown! I highly recommend this store!
Sara did an amazing job helping me find my dream wedding dress! She was very informative and helpful. I told her what I wanted and she walked me right to it. She was not pushy by any means.
