Super huge shout out to Brittany from David's Bridal. I had to drive into Richmond to try on dresses and take color match photo's for my friend the bride to see (she is using a multi-shade and dress type look). Of course I got caught in traffic from an accident and arrived with only about an hour and a half to shop and pick my dress to coordinate. I had such an outstanding experience at David's Bridal in Natick. Everyone is so professional and nice. I especially want to thank Kila Roffler & Nancy Lewis who made me feel like a million bucks (without having to spend a million $$) You also managed the emotions of my Mom, my future mother-in-law and the nervous bride (me!) My dress is beautiful, it fits perfectly because Nancy and Kila took the time to understand my concerns and show me dresses that made sense for my size and budget. A++++ the best. I had a crises this morning: my bridesmaid dress didn't fit, and the wedding was in 2days. I felt so panicky, anxious, desperate and on the verge of hysterics. On one hand, I gained weight (which no woman ever wants to hear), and on the other hand, how on earth would I be able to tell the bride?? How could I possibly fix this? This stop wasn't in my plan today, but I Glad I did. I told the first greeter I was just looking, I think I was a Lil rude. (Sorry Justine) But she keep being kind n sweet. So walking by dresses I found one tht caught my eye and my hips at the same time, lol. thanks to Emily for helping me with accessories and the fitting of this dress. I HATE dress shopping. Jen and her staff made it painless and actually fun!
I bought a dress for my son's wedding. I noticed a couple of bad stains on it when I took it out the bag later at home. I took it back to the store and brought it to their attention. The girl helping me, Lauren, was wonderful. She called other stores to see if they could find another dress. When no other dress could be found, Lauren said they would try to get the stain out. I came back a little later for my fitting, and the stain was gone! Lauren is the perfect example of excellent customer service!
