My alterations Symtrest Dawn was amazing. Mom and I loved her. She was very patient and answered all our questions and concerns through the whole process. Looking forward to seeing her at my final fitting.

Well when I made my appointment I got scared cause so many told me they was rude, rush you, An the dresses where dirty. Well as I got there everyone was very sweet an welcoming me. The girl who helped us went above an beyond to make sure I was happy An got just what I wanted! Great experience!

I had my alterations appointment yesterday and I just wanted to say that the woman was so wonderful with me. I am a height challenged person and she worked with my dress which had multiple layers until it was pinned perfectly for it to be altered to fit me like a glove. Thank you Marvella!! I have had have the best experience here!! When I bought my dress, my consultant was Tracey, and she was amazing! She found my after I tried on one dress and said it wasn’t my style. She came back with the dress I bought and it is BEAUTIFUL!!! It was exactly what I wanted! She also made sure she was there when I brought my mom back to see it which really made me feel special. Walked out after purchasing a beautiful dress today! Melissa helped me try on each dress and was very kind, honest, and professional. She was SUPER patient, especially with my parents who had lots of questions about price and alterations. Melissa was never pushy and obviously has lots of experience. RecommendedDeb helped me find a amazing dress. The dress I had in mind was not available ,however Deb help me find made very close to the one I was looking for. I loved this one and was the one I chose. If you are looking for consultant that really knows her dresses Deb is the lady to see.
I can't remember the name of the consultant that helped but she was patient and helpful during my whole appointment. She found the dresses that I had favorited on the website and when those didn't work out, she made some other suggestions. Even going as far as to convince me to try on a strapless dress, since originally I didn't want a strapless one. One of them wound up being the one!
