I had a terrible experience at the david’s bridal of chattanooga TN.. my step mother talked me into stopping by the knoxville TN DB, of course after my experience in chatt, I was unsure of going through that again... BUT I am SO GLAD that I did!! the knox staff is absolutely amazing!! they did not stop until we found my dress, made me feel completely comfortable, comforted me during my crying meltdown, etc etc etc. the prices are totally reasonable and the costumer service is fabulous. I will recommend DB of knox to everyone... read more

The stylists Jules and Ms.V the alterations rep helped me make my dress over to be exactly what I wanted and couldn’t find . They also help me finish the look with shoes and jewelry.
I had my first fitting tonight and the staff was amazing and incredibly patient with my entire wedding party (4 bridesmaids and my mom)...a baby, 7yr old niece, and my 1 1/2 yr old daughter.. They made the entire experience enjoyable and didnt once complain about my crazy family. The seamstress was so sweet and her honest options made me feel comfortable. I cant wait to try my dress on again in a few weeks :)

We had ordered a dress from David's online. It arrived and was beautiful. We took it to a local seamstress and she ruined the dress. The event was 6 days away. We went to David's in Plymouth Meeting. They had the dress in stock and when we told them our situation they bent over backwards to help us. The seamstress, Rose, met with us and scheduled us to come back for a fitting the next day and said she could have the dress ready for us in time for the event. She was so sweet and helpful.
