The service was great when you eventually get it! I took a day off work and made an appointment during the week when it is meant to be quieter. I arrived for my appointment and was told the consultant was just finishing up and would be with me shortly. Apparently making an appointment means nothing as 4 bridesmaids who walked in just before my appointment time got my consultant while my mother and I waited and waited and waited. 45 minutes after my appointment time we finally got some attention from the consultant.
