We had an 11:00 appointment today. The gal checking in appointments seemed very rushed and flustered. We were asked to browse around, while she paged Nicole. After browsing for several minutes there was still no page for Nicole; I reminded her we were waiting. She did page Nicole at that time. Nicole was a delight to work with, she was speedy and confidant in her suggestions for us. Made our time very pleasant. Thank you Nicole for being positive and straight forward.
I came in with 2 friends to buy bridesmaid dresses. After a bad experience the week before at a different location we were not sure what to expect. Kaitlyn was helping us and she was absolutely fantastic. She was so patient and friendly and did her very best to accommodate all of our requests and endless questions. She was so wonderful and really made our experience so much more enjoyable. We all got a dress and left smiling. Thank you Kaitlyn!
