Yesterday, I went on my first excursion to try on wedding dressses ever. I thought I had made an appointment but it turned out that I hadn’t, and Sephra was so so so nice about it and worked me in anyway! She was very attentive, very helpful, and so very nice. I never felt rushed, she was so patient and understanding of my indecisiveness. When I walked into David's Bridal I was 15 minutes early. I was told that I was too early and had to wait. I was fine with that. But the way the store was set up when you first walk in was very confusing. I had never done this before. My sister asked me to be her bridesmaid. I went in finally I was introduced to my stylist Maia Thomas who was very wonderful. I would give her 5 stars for her wonderful help. She didn't judge me at all. Jenna and Raul were incredibly helpful when it came to my alterations. I am giving them five stars rather than the store because I’ve had MULTIPLE issues regarding my dress (since I bought it last March) and they have made the process a lot less stressful. The bustle was done incorrectly, and they could have easily let me walk out without saying a word (I never would have known) but instead apologized and took care of it right away.
