I am only rating my experience 5 stars because of the experience I received from Natalie. I had scheduled 2 appointments for one visit, the bridesmaids visit and the bride visit. When my bridesmaids were there for their fitting it was the most horrible experience I have ever had in a sales environment. The sales lady was so busy with other groups, which I understand it can get busy but we never got checked on at all but the one time when she gave us a hand full of bridesmaid dresses to try on. I came in today expecting to take a look around, and after three dresses I found the perfect one! My stylist was fantastic and knew exactly what I needed. I got to take part in their special tradition too! I walked out feeling fantastic and I can’t thank you guys enough!

Everyone was so nice! I went in not excited and I left so happy I had come, everyone was so helpful - came in to try on dresses twice and once more for a fitting, the hemming was perfect and the dress looked so much better after it was fitted just for me
I was in on Tuesday at the Ottawa Trainyards location after hearing about how great the service was when my grandma bought her outfit for my wedding and then experiencing it when my sister bought her maid of honour dress. My consultant was Aurora and she was wonderful! She brought me dresses that worked with my shape and price range and provided an honest opinion on how the dresses looked on me.
