Excellent service. Excellent experience with 2 teenage girls looking for prom dresses. Making an appointment is the best way to go. You have a dressing room for an hour and your personal assistant to help you find that perfect dress. Shout out to Cricket!
My experience at David's was by far one of the most memorable experiences of my life. It being my second time shopping/snooping at dresses, I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted. I was pretty confident I was going to find "the one". After telling my stylist exactly what I was looking for, I felt she was determined to help me find it! There was so much care, and thoughtfulness throughout the whole experience. It truly felt like it was meant to be when I said "YES to the dress!!"
Went dress shopping with my sister and it wasn’t long before she was able to “SAY YES TO THE DRESS”!!!! ANNNDDDD our stylist Tamika was THE BOMB!!!!! We’d been to a few stores prior to this of which I won’t name & Tamika just made us feel very welcomed & wanted � THANK YOU TAMIKA & DAVIDS BRIDAL! WE APPRECIATE YOU GUYS!
My overall experience was good. Initially, we were told to browse and a stylist would find us. A stylist never came, so I went to the front desk, and a group without an appointment was helped before us. Then, Jen H. approached us. I told her that I was aware of the reviews on this place, and that I was already on defense. She was awesome. She helped me find my matron of honor dress and my daughter’s flower girl dress.
Great prices, a great wedding gown selection, and a great location for dress shopping and dinner, however the women that was “stuck” (I use that word because that’s how she made us feel) with us made our first experience mediocore at best. At one point she got so... put off, aggrevated, and irritated with us she walked away with an eye roll, slamming dressing room doors.
