Though the store was quite busy, Patty was both patient and thorough as we encountered sizing and color issues with the junior bridesmaid’s dress my fiancé had already settled her heart upon. The creative solution Patty found, saved us a measure of headache and time that is difficult to monetarily quantify and should be recognized for its merit outside of our society’s typical soulless, sales-centered reward system. Kristin was great and so helpful. She was patient and kind even when my daughter decided she wanted to try on over 10 different dresses. We had a great prom dress shopping experience and found a perfect dress.

Betsy was so awesome! She was SO sweet & helpful!! I was helped on time even though they were insanely busy and although she was helping others at the same time, I felt that she was only helping me! I never was at need for anything. Was very impressed.
