I believe Rachael's consultant was Amanda and she was wonderful, caring and really listened to what my daughter wanted in a wedding dress! In no way did Rachael feel pressured into trying on a dress that she picked out or if it was something that the consultant picked out! In the end Rachael ended up ordering a dress that was in her price range and is very happy with her selection! We will be returning to pick out bridesmaid's dress in the near future! Keep up the great work ladies! You rock!!!
Went to David’s Bridal in Spokane Valley yesterday with the bride, and 6 bridesmaids (myself included) and we had an amazing experience. Jorden shows lots of patience with our big group and helped us find the perfect dresses and helped the bride find a beautiful dress and half the price range! She did an amazing job!
I went to Davids Bridal yesterday with all 6 of my bridesmaids and both mama’s and the experience was amazing! We got helped by Jorden and she was on top of everything and so organized and made it incredibly easy. She already had all my favorites that I had saved on the website printed out and all my information written down before we even got there. They had a good selection, we found our dress and it was lots of fun with someone with us the whole time to help and answer questions.
Our sales associate did a great job helping my 3 girls try on bridesmaid dresses. My only real problem was that the dresses they liked did not come in the color my fiance had chosen. She assured me that all 3 came in the color but when I went to the front afterwards to place them I learned that none of them actually did! It was disappointing to see that the associate helping us didn't really know but said she checked and the dresses were "good to go". I came to David's bridal with 4 of my bridesmaids yesterday, I have read reviews of this company and was hesitant because it seems very 50/50 in experiences. My bridesmaid made my appointment and she arrived a few minutes before I did, the receptionist was very flustered and short with her when she realized she wasn't the bride. We booked for a 3 hour appointment for all of us to be able to get our dresses, but they claimed I was the only one with an appointment without even checking the book. Patience was phenomenal! I had a specific style in mind but Patience gently pushed me to try on a dress outside of my comfort zone and of course that was the dress I ended up picking! She really has an eye for this stuff. She was fantastic.
