The staff seemed genuinely interested in helping me find my dress. They were accommodating to a young child with us. Taylor was helpful and the other women chipped in throughout my fitting as well with extra options/ideas. Although they didn't have all the dresses I had "favorited" when looking online in store, I found the dress! Thanks so much for making it a smooth and successful process!
As a plus size bride I was really nervous about finding my wedding gown. My consultant was THE best and was able to find several dresses that flattered my figure and made me feel beautiful throughout the entire appointment. Waldorf store: Amazing! (corporate and other stores, not so much). Yvonne the manager fixes corporate problems when corporate can't. Yvonne saved my dress situation when corporate let their vendors send a dress that was 2" too short and claimed it was impossible to get a replacement of sufficient length in less than 12 weeks. Yvonne genuinely cared, more than the manager where I bought the store and more than the corporate customer care team. Omg my best experience with. Dress shopping! It was my first time trying on dresses and Rita was the one helping me out !! LOVE LOVE her wish I can bring her to my weddings she was so Great and fit in with my crazy family!! Someone who was new at this n it was overwhelming but she was so kind and helped me threw it !!
