I went in today to exchange my dress for a smaller size and my 2nd experience at the Fairview heights location was as great as the first one. I got a wonderful woman named Jane she helped we with everything I needed from my exchange to the accessories for special day. I am so glad i took the chance and drove out there one day because i have been so happy ever since. If you are dress shopping for any occasion i highly recommend the drive out to this location. Lilia Daly helped me today. I was late due to traffic but she didn’t mind. I found my dress and she and the other staff members were so helpful. This is the second largest David’s Bridal in the company!

I had two appointments the first was horrible until the second one when I got a new lady helping me n I found my dress n my bridesmaid dress the second lady I had was very helpful!!!

Yesterday, I found my dress and rang the bell! My sales consultant had me try on a brand new dress and at first I didn’t think I’d like it, but I fell in love with it once it was on with a veil. Everyone stopped and stared and I knew that was the dress! Everyone was so nice and helpful. I had a great experience at the Wilkesbarre location. I’ve been here twice, once to shop for my dress and 2nd to get bridesmaids dresses. The ladies that helped and even the ones helping other ladies were amazing. I said YES to my dress and my 4 bridesmaids said yes to theirs. I’ll be visiting David’s Bridal a lot over the next year.
