This location is by far amazing! I was a day away from my wedding with a dress I couldn't zip and I could not sit down in! They were so helpfully and made my wedding day amazing! I walked out with the same dress just a different size! I can't thank them enough for helping me in a time of need!!

The store in Springfield has some amazing staff members. My mom, sister and I were greeted with very cheerful and welcoming smiles. We were taken care of right away and placed with a consultant to help me find the perfect dress. Thanks to Monica I was able to try on a variety of dresses as well as find accessories that went perfectly with my dress. Diana was amazing yesterday. She asked to see what dresses I had in mind and she could already tell what my budget was from seeing the prices of the ones I showed her. She didn't bring me a single dress that was over that limit, which I really appreciated. I had a particular silhouette in mind, but I told her I wanted to see one of each just to be sure. Jordan the consultant was absolutely amazing she made the experience one to never forget. She was attentive, professional and exactly where I needed her when I needed her. Everyone with me couldn't have agreed more. Unfortunately when I went back to try on my dress that same day and ultimately buy my dress it was completely different they were overbooked didn't seem to have enough rooms for the brides ( because I over heard them at the front) and I got different consultant Celine.
