This is my 3rd daughter getting married. The 1st time I would rate a 3. The 2nd time was a 3.5. This time on a Monday evening, I would rate a 5 ++++. Hollie was amazing. She figured out my daughter's taste in a flash and kept bringing dresses for her to try, clipping the dress to see when it is sized right, taking care of all 10 of us, and getting all 6 bridesmaids the dresses for them! Hollie in Albany NY is absolutely the very best at her job. We all adore her!!!!
Last Saturday I visited your store looking for a dress for myself and hoping to find one for my daughter. I most say that from the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile and a kind caring staff.I told them I had visit another location with my daughter Kristina Marie Vega and we hadn't been able to get her dress.They immediately went on the search for my daughter's dress and arranged an appointment for the next day. The ladies at this store are literal angels! No matter what your situation is they will do everything they can to assist and make things easier. In my case they rush ordered my dress, and even emailed corporate to try to get it mailed sooner! They made me feel at ease during a very stressful time. This is the level of customer service that goes above and beyond. Jennifer the store manager was extremely kind, and also worked with me to get the best deal possible.
